As part of the BioML 2024 Bits to Binder challenge I used Blender to visualize the AI generated binder to the exposed section of the transmembrane CD20 protein.

 

Identifying the exposed residues on extracellular region of CD20, I used the RFdiffusion model to generate potential binding partners

Optics / Microscopes

Renders of an OpenSPIM microscope; this custom two laser system was created whilst working as part of Emory's Core Facilities.  The Blender scene was setup for educational, promotional, and design follow ups.  Images show with and without custom designed cover using Blender scene.

Near complete remodelling of one of my favorite German microscope bodies.

Educational Blender scene with 'morphing' lens that highlights the difference in working distances between magnifications. Lens cut aways are just for asthetics, and testing glass rendering.

Marketing

Promotional and marketing renders. Who doesn't like a nice coffee mug :)
